horrendous customer service shudoo

hi im after any advice. Ordered boots from shudoo on 7 feb when the half price weekend was on a week later they claimed didnt have them refunded my money i specifically asked when they get them back in - they said they wouldnt. Two days later they back full price and in stock emailed them regards there dishonest and mistreating customer. Got email on 17 feb saying i could order them full price and theyd refund difference which they did. 4 weeks later i still have no boots they kept claiming they were being despatched next day but ive heard nothing since monday when they agreed to find out whats going on and get back to me that day, Despite numerous more emails they are still ignoring me and their phones have a technical fault apparently.What should i do?

    I too am having problems with this company. I placed an order on Feb 26th but haven't received boots. I have had replies to two emails I sent last week. These were from Lindsey. I was told that delays are due to relocation of warehouse, however as the last of the delayed items were being dealt with, I should receive my order at the end of last week. Nothing arrived. I emailed on Monday, no reply. I phoned, unable to speak to anyone as message asking callers to email [EMAIL="info@shudoo.co.uk"]info@shudoo.co.uk[/EMAIL] as there are problems with the phone lines. I was able to leave a message when I phoned after 5 p.m. (A second message followed the message regarding the problems with phone line.) However, no response to my message or any of my subsequent emails. Warehouse address is shown to be in Warrington. I have the full address but haven't confirmed if unit is leased by Shudoo. My husband has contacted our credit card company to report the issue. Awaiting forms to complete. Hoping to claim money back via credit card company. Unable to link with Shudoo via Facebook. Message on Twitter from a customer who has waited over a month for order to be delivered. Doesn't sound good.

    send a letter to consumer direct i did initially with the first problem i had. i did order slippers on the 24 feb and they came a week last Monday. lindsey has acknowledged my emails on occasions and ive been lied to repeatedly that yes they have changed despatch companies but that by whatever date will be their last backorder and yet these dates come and go and nothing. THey are now just totally ignoring me will email consumer direct and get my hubby contact visa i hadn't thought of that. Thank god i didn't pay by direct debit. They are a trader for uggs ud have thought they would have some professionalism

    Athough they seem to have answered someone on mse today si they clearly just ignoring us- seem completely dodgy

    I have been waiting over 5 weeks !! for a refund of £139.50 for 2 pairs of boots returned to shudoo, they are totally ignoring my emails, after i scanned them my proof of postage. The phone lines have been off for a couple of weeks now, how convenient. Fcae book link has gone and someone else posted that their twitter page has also been deactivated, obviously because of all the complaints. I am going to get in tousc with watch dog at the bbc as this company is well dodgey.
  • They were giving the moving warehouse excuse as far back as August last year when I ordered mine. To be fair I did get my credit, but just thought I'd mention that, that seems to be their standard excuse.

  • Ordered a pair of Carvela shoes for my better half as a Valentine's gift - they were reduced from £110 to £16. After codes and Quidco, I think they were something like £13 delivered. Took them 4 weeks to deliver - also had the moving warehouse excuse. Happy with the shoes and price, not sure I'd use them again though.

    I won Shudoo vouchers last year in April and they had the warehouse excuse, took ages for them to deliver and the courier they use Home Delivery Network are incompetent and thick!
    No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:

  • I placed an order over 5 weeks ago with Shudoo for 2 pairs of shoes. I have sent numerous emails to them but only got the moving warehouse excuse. A neighbour from another street randomly brought me a parcel that he recieved this morning which was from Shudoo. This contained only 1 of the 2 pairs I ordered but in a totally different size! They did not even bother to give me a packing slip. I guess I will just have to sell them as I don't trust sending them back.:(
