When did free delivery stop working? I though they would leave it on today as well after the "technical issues"

You have 7 days to return even sale items and get a refund because you can't see the items physically and make sure they are ok. It's the law!!! Try contact them and ask about this.

Yes i know,it's my own fault, the recent item i didn't notice it was faulty until i'd had it about two weeks,i opened it and just left it in the wardrobe with the tags on,as you do,it's only when i came to wear it i noticed the damaged.0 -

I have Just sent sent this to New Look if anyone interested.....
Dear Customer Services
I’ve made many purchases in New look over the years but I am not happy about the recent treatment I have experienced trying to return items in your stores.
A couple of weeks back I attempted to return a faulty pair of trousers (chinos) to New Look (Fort shopping centre Birmingham) and had big problems trying to get a refund , they did not stock the trousers in store. A credit voucher is no use to me as I purchase online as more choice.
Then last week I purchased some cuffed chinos for my son in 32 waist they arrived fine but were a little small. He returned them to New Look in Wolverhampton hoping to exchange them for a size up (34) but was told he needed to pay another £5 as they had increased in price.
I am shocked you are treating customers this way and I’ve never experience these type of problems from Republic, Top Man etc....
Please give me your views on my experiences before I start leaving mine on well known forums.
Regards
Paul Richards
