thats wierd, cos my items from last night were still in there thisd morning. but i had the same this week, added a few bits and 2 days later they were gone. but i am wondering if i was logged in at the time or not, if that makes a difference

You cant return items to store if you order on newlook.com - only exchange but you do get full refund if you send items back via collect + within 14 days. I did this couple of weeks back and got full refund.

To be fair the stuff is a pile of rubbish now. quality has gone way down. I havent bought any sale items in store since this policy came out.

Great offer at New Look. I wanna buy so many things just need to wait until 6pm. I signed up for this website's newsletter. They say they will send a reminder at 6 pm which is perfect for me because I tend to forget things

Just go on their website to the top right corner where it says "Never miss a deal. Subscribe to our News Flash" I think this is their newsletter:D

I did contact them about a refund and was told to take it to collect+

Problem is,all the places local to me have stopped participating,the nearest one is miles away and i don't have a car,the item was only 6 quid so i can't be bothered with the hassle,i just won't order from them anymore online.
