I'm not bothering with them anymore, twice i've had items arrive with holes in AND you can't get a refund on sale items, only an exchange.

New Look says in their guidelines that you can only exchange sale items or a diffrent size or another item but you cannot get a refund. However, when you pay £2 for a t-shirt or £5 for a dress on sale, does the refund matter so much? :D

if an item is faulty - it doesnt matter if its a sale item, you are still entitled to a full refund if you bought it online and hadnt seen that it was faulty!
its different if you buy it in store and can see its faulty.

Spent about half an hour on Newlook.com, added a good load of items to the basket, left for ten minutes to have a cuppa and when I went back my basket had emptied
