Comet replacement unfit for purpose

i got this as a inshurance replacement but its not fit for the purpos for anyone
it was sold to me as a 3000mb graphics and its not ,it takes 4dvd's to do reboot disks but ruins 3 off them
it is slow ,if you want it to play games for get it IT WILL NOT PLAY any of the new games
will play games if you only want to use minimal graphic's and on minimal settings
it dose not have any ps2 pluge so you need to use the usb for keyboard and mouse taking 2 of the 6 usbs on the system .
Dont but the extended warenty for any product they supply as it runs at the side of the manafachurse garentee and not when it ends
thay will right the system off rather then fixing it
i would sugest you look first at the manafachurs garentee as some are doing 2
if it is to be replaced then its not that easy to do this unless you want to pay the extra
if you buy a manigers promotion then i would say DONT cause its not worth the money
if anyone wants pics of the system before they changed it please let me know as i have screen shots

i have emailed the md from comet and i got well we will change it for you (give me the same system i have all ready got)
but thats all we will do even thought they sold it to me and have admited it was there mistake on the davertising of it
i dont know what to do please help

Op we need to know a bit more before we can determine if comet are being fair or not.
What was replaced ie what did you have originaly, how old etc, a model number would do. What did you get to replace it again a model number would do.
You don't get 3000mb graphics cards, I assume thats what you mean but is it ram your talking about. A little bit more info would help.
