Virgin Media Internet Prices - Downgrade Possible?

I am still in my 12 month contract with Virgin for TV, Phone and Broadband.
I've just been checking the site and see the prices have dropped a fair whack. I am paying £45 a month for the 50mb broadband whilst it is now advertised at £25 with phone and £35 without.
Is there anyway I can get this reduced price or downgrade for a month then go back but with the reduced price?
If I downgrade (if I can?) will that start a new 12month term?

Thanks :money:

If you check your bill you will see that you are also getting a discount. The advertised pricing is the standard price less the standard discount.
  • The only way you will get your prices down is if you are out of contract, I can't see them doing anything for you at this stage.

Any tariff change starts you on a new 12m contract.
