Central Heating Boiler water temperature

My pressurised CH boiler seems to take quite a long time to get the radiators up to room temperature. What temperature should the boiler water temperature reach before it switches off. It is set to come up to about 60-61 degrees before it cuts out.

I believe each boiler model has an optimum setting for efficiency - some use numbers on the dial and others temperature.
I understand around 60-65C is the normal range.
Do you mean by "up to room temperature" - 'normal operating temperature'?
That could be due to a number of reasons:
Number of radiators:
Domestic Hot water for tank taking priority(switch off Hot Water for a while if your system allows that)
Boiler insufficient capacity.
Air in radiators or the dreaded "system needs a Power Flush!!!"0
