Why on earth did you feel the need to have dissected the OP in so much detail. Its as if you are an investigative journalist working for Panorama or such.
?????????????
after having my medical i can see why cit_k has done this...
You are lead to a false sense of security, they are always examinine you the way you walk, talk, answer questions, mine too an hour, i was hanging by that point.0 -

Again put into the WRAG. This time we are appealing the decision. It is clear from that decision that the healthcare assistant (who is a reg.SRN) hasn't a clue what she is talking about. So let battle commence!
Since when has an SRN been a Heathcare Assistant? :rotfl:Gone ... or have I?0 -
I have just received a brown envelope from DWP, took me a while to pluck up the courage to open it but when I did it was just the letter you get to say you need another sick note.
Good luck with the appeal Mupette0 -
It is one week today since my OH had his medical assessment and we haven't heard anything yet - only took a few days last time:eek:
Does anyone know how long you have to wait before asking for a copy of the report? Do you have to wait until you hear from DWP as to whether or not you have passed or failed the medical?
It is very stressful just waiting and wondering.Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0 -

I read somewhere 48 hours after the assessment but I'm going to wait longer.0 -

You can phone the DWP and ask for the status of your application. They're unlikely to give you a copy of your report until a decision has been made.0 -
Extremely unlikely that a 17 year old would be in the position of a decision maker given that direct entrants (To the relevant grade) usually need A levels - or at least didlavidaloca wrote: »Unfortunately the end result is made by a DWP decision maker who could be a 17 year old clerk for all we know. So if you are expecting him to be put into the support group don't be surprised if he isn't.
Cit_k has devoted his life to claiming benefits and 'exposing the system' is part of the strategy.cit_k

He is totally obsessed with ATOS and the DWP being wrong because he has failed numerous medicals.
Yeah, and then he got the decisions on all of them reversed on appeal.
Which kind of makes him right, and every one of the LIMA-generated reports for him wrong.
If a company you don't want to deal with keeps drawing up wrong information about you which could potentially do you great harm, I shouldn't think you'd feel best pleased about it.0 -

I think it's best to just wait for the report to come out in the post.
Phone calls are pretty wasteful - especially to the DWP, where you get a different answer for things depending on who you speak to.0
