Ebico use Southern Electric for their billing. Go to https://www.southern-electric.co.uk and register with your Ebico Gas and Electric account No. (will be on your last bill). About 3 days before the billing date I send my readings to them so I get an accurate bill each time.

Much lower bills - very clear tarrifs - online also -
So glad I Switched.

I went to the site but couldn't see any mention of Ebico. Do you just register with Southern as if you were their customer?

Yes just use your Ebico account number! Click on E-Billing then register. Enter required details (e-mail etc) and create a password.

:beer:I changed to ebico in august my first gas bill was for £9,00 which you cannot complain about I still have'nt recieved an electric bill yet but the gas man came today and read my meter so here's hoping it'll be as cheap as my gas,
