Hi and many thanks in replying.
This is the same position as myself, pre ticked box and I was also in a payment scheme at work whereby I got full pay for 6 mths and 1/2 pay for the rest upto 12 mths. Is this the type of scheme you mean? The adjudicator wanted clarification of this yesterday. Also I had pre existing medical conditions which the adjudicator asked about yesterday.
Hopefully shouldn't be long before we have a decision. Was yours sorted at the adjudicator stage or did it have to go to the Ombudsman?0
