    personally i think its porkies as they only use one system to generate the mac code and if that went down no one would be able to do any work lol

    Cheers Crisp. I called them again and have since got my MAC and now switching to MAAF. I was beginning to wonder if I their system was hinting that I couldn't cancel but all is well now.

  • I've just signed up for option 3 with BT total broadband.. free hub and fancy VoIP phone. I hope it works!
