Luckily alot of japans factorys are spread out but in the short term there will be price rises due to shortages but other plants in asia should be able to take the capacity on to bring prices back to where they are.0

I remember the after-effects of the last big earthquake in Japan. Memory prices shot-up so high that 1 enterprising individual (not me) cleared-out every PC World store in London, southern counties and East Anglia of their entire stock.
He then turned-up at a computer fair and sold them at 10% less than the established traders could buy them at, but with a limit of 2 per customer (to stop the other traders buying them). He made a 128% mark-up.Never Knowingly Understood.
