Hello out there can someone on here advise please because I have an account with British gas Energy trust and was in the process of applying for a grant back in the summer and wasn't aware that even if you save your progress it will erase your progress after a while, so now I have to start all over again however it's now asking if I have been given advice and the name of the company who gave me the advice and even their postcode but in the first place I found out about this scheme threw this website but you can't use that reason and besides that, and I don't remember being asked these questions before, and I'm pretty sure places like ie C A B arent even open due to COVID.
but if I'm wrong can someone advise on the best way to go around this please.0
