I was offered an ecode for £6 towards delivery, but I never get emails from Tesco.com Has anyone received theirs, could you pm the code.

its defo worth emailing tesco i complained a couple of weeks ago as the had dispicable me on offer for £7 when you spent£40 instore wed only popped in for a couple of things but you know what its like spent over £40 so took my reciept and the dvd to customer services to ask them to put it through for the £7 they refused after checking with the duty manager and were quite rude about it, i complained via email on their how did we do bit on the reciept had a phone call 2 days later they offered me £5 then uped it to £7 and by the end of the phone call the cs guy gave me £12 card to get the dvd for free, i was polite to him ( its not his fault etc) result, definatly worth a try:D

ive emailed a complaint, my order arrived with out any eggs after having an email from them saying they would come at the correct price b1g2free 2.50
nothing on the order sheet to even say id ordered, they are no longer in my order history but they are still on my order confirmation email

Snap, they never emailed, phoned or anything to tell me there had been an error, they weren't even mention on my delivery note.
Think i'll send them an email, because if they had rang me I would happily have paid £2.50 (still a bargain) but to just pretend they were never ordered is quite annoying.

they have sent me an evoucher for £10 off no min spend and explained that due to the pricing error they have had to withdraw the eggs from my basket yesterday and the offer starts again today at the correct price

I've just had an email from Tesco with the same. At least they are willing to offer a compromise!

OMG i got my order and it would seem they paid me £8 to take the eggs away! I originally ordered 15. When they phoned me up to say they had made a mistake and they didn't have the ones I wanted anyway i just told the bloke i still wanted them as i had lots of kids to buy for and just swap them for whatever childrens ones they had. He said i was only allowed 12 though. I had said that was fine and i have just recieved my order and they charged me for £12 @ £1 each then gave me £20 back!!!!
It has taken me at least 10 mins to realise what they did but this should explain
