£2500 is very cheap if it included everything.
I am starting with nothing so will need to buy radiators, boiler, installation etc.... I have a £4000.00 budget at the moment with some contingency.
I like the look of an electric boiler I just don't like the look of the running costs, having said that I will have probably moved out by the winter, but I am too honest and would not want the next owner to inherit a system that costs them a fortune to run. The house is old so there are no cavities to insulate, I am going to ad new doors and seals as well as loft insulation but I think its unavoidable that whatever system I go for is going to be expensive to run.0
