you only 'think' that this person reported you, you have no proof. neither do you have proof that you were reported mliciously.
whoever reported you may have done so in good faith, believing that you were doing something wrong.
as above ... to try and charge someone for accidently breaking something whilst doing you a favour is unbelieveable!
if you know this woman is a problem, then why continue to wind her up?

This. For the sake of your own health, you need to stop any contact with this woman or her family. If someone is mentally unstable there is nothing you can do about it except ensure you are out of the firing line.0
