I am with Orange Broadband, I rang them up and asked them to change my Direct Debit date from the 14th of the month to the 3rd of the month (sort of in advance). They said no we cant do that. I said what in this day and age of technology and you cant change the date, well you can cancel my subscription. After a while he aplogised and said sorry it is our fault so we will give you 3 months free broadband while you look for someone else.
Just letting you know if you have this problem to ask for some compensation for their stupid system.
