tesco triple credit pay as you go

Hi folks


Quick question for you all..What am I doing wrong ?
I have a Tesco pay as you go mobile with a triple credit thing that means if I pay the top up by the account date it triples my credit.

Simple you would think but I have topped up with £20.00 and only been given £39.98 free credit..now my math is maybe not the best but that is not triple of £20.00.

I have paid by the right date and through the means they wanted and yet it still does not add up.
I can't find a free or customer only phone number (they all seem to be 0845 numbers and I have no home phone) I have emailed twice now with not reply so I am am hoping someone can explain this to me cos I don't get it.

Their site is no better really as it does not give me a number to call from my mobile nor does it seem to explain how this might happen.

Am I missing something ?

This means that if you pay £10 you get £30 in total, i.e. they add £20.

Wow I really am dumb..In my defense though it has been a hell of a month already :eek:

Wonder what happened to my 2p ???lol
