Wow this is appalling ,we should start a poll who has had trouble with Nat West,we did it with ICICI why not ,and that prevented some investing with them .To be happy you need to make someone happy.0

Both my sister and I bank with Natwest and if I listed all our problems with them, I think I would be here forever.
One example, my sister got a phone call with regards to her card being duplicated so was advised to cancel the card and have a new one issued. New card arrives and her title printed incorrectly, rather than MISS, MR was printed on the card, she calls up to complain and they issue a new card. New card arrives and again MR printed on the card, she calls up again and complains, again card arrives with MR printed on it....this happened man times over a 6 month period....How can the same mistake be done soo many times, it was fraustrating for her as she had to go into the bank every week to withdraw money. Still to this day, no apology!!
I refuse to use Natwest, bad customer service not to mention RUDE employees, continuous mistakes and no apologies!..... When I was arranging my mortgage, I was advised that Natwest had the best on the market at that particular time, I refused to go with them.0
