It was set to "one day" which may mean 24 hrs exactly, so it should have closed at 7:48 or it may be that it allows one full day midnight to midnight for voting.

The Dog and Duck it is!
In a close fought finish a dramatic late rally by the Uppat Arms failed to take the day.
The Dock and Duck will be the new name for the latest board's own chat thread.
Reports are coming in that the Board Guide expects to open the brand new thread soon, and correspondents are expecting a victory statement from the winner to appear.
