You will be asked various questions about what you can/can't do - along the lines of the ESA50 form.
Also, prepare a 'typical day' scenario - how your condition affects you on a normal day.
I found the medical not too bad - though transport to it, and being stupidly tired afterwards was.
I'd recommend reading the ESA sections of http://www.dwp.gov.uk/publications/specialist-guides/decision-makers-guide/#vol8 - specifically chapter 42.

I think everyone's assessment must be different as I wasn't asked that many questions. I had mine today and really, there is nothing to worry about.

I agree with the sheer exhaustion. I tried to sleep after mine but was left with it all going though my head.

I wasn't asked many questions. The assessor sent more time chatting to my daughter.

Just tell the truth then they can't catch you out.

I'm not sure about you stopping the meds and not keeping hospital appointments though, as I have been a 'good girl' during this latest episode of anxiety and depression, but I do know they had my medical records there as they talked to me about them.

MMmmmm now let me try and work it out how long I was in there.

I arrived way too early but didn't wait any longer than 5 mins to be called in. I must have been in for just over 30 mins.

I know it is hard to do but try and relax and not worry too much.

Shame I didn't take my own advice.

    You will be just fine.
