first license applicants need to have them counter signed.

on photo renewal you do not have to have them counter signed, i renewed mine nov last year just stuck my license number on the for with my addy and other bits you need to fill out stuck my photo on it and sent off.

they did send it back to me asking to provide a photo mind you with one clearly on it in the window you stick it in!!.

but no no need to have your renewal license counter signed or endorsed.
