Dialaphone customer (non) service

Well it has taken a lot of time and effort on my part, but I got to speak to someone in Dialaphone Customer service today.
They refuse to answer emails at all. They send out an automated reply to any received. That is useless.
When you phone on an 0870 number, it takes almost 5 minutes to get through all the various messages. You need to confirm postcodes, your DofB and your great-grannies middle name (well not quite).
All this because I was supposed to get a new mobile from them last week and nothing turned up. No phone, no email.
I eventually got through to CS after queueing for over 10 minutes this time. The CS person offered no apology, tried to get me to buy a phone on the 3 network (mine was supposed to be on Vodaphone!) and was generally not listening to what I wanted.
Safe to say that I am not recommending them. They have the worst customer service I have come across in ages.

I agree with you.
My phone broke down twice, with an average repair time of three and a half weeks each break down. Had to get Trading Standards to give them a kick up the bum. If you are able, drop them like a hot potato.
Dial a phone. Dial a moan!!!0 -
Did you not try, http://www.saynoto0870.com/
Dial-A-Phone:
0870 3336061
0207 2418600
0800 0928244
0808 1722300
I found with Dial-A-Phone they are happy to say sorry with CASH!! If you ask for a supervisor, they have the power to put cash into your account as compensation for mistakes / problems.
They made several mistakes with my phones and they gave me over £40 in the end to resolve the issues.0 -
Why should you have to complain and be messed around in order to get some cash, should they not just get it right first time.
My contract ends with dial a phone in 2 months time. I cannot wait, I went with them because they are a big company and I expected certain standards alas no.
Am keeping the phone and going back to pay as you go.
Just lately I am also starting to switch my phone off and being deliberately difficult to contact, the peace and quiet is fabulous.
The backlash against mobiles will start soon0
