    Hi Annie,

Glad you posted and even more so that you're keeping food down and weren't admitted.:T

Great news that your OH has a new job in the new year, :T :T How long is the maternity cover for?

Even better news that's he's looking after you. He sounds almost as wonderful as mine.:D
It was from Jan -July but is now TOMORROW-July!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefuly by then he have secured a full time permanant job as he will have been teaching again since Feb 06 so fingers crossed. We will have the exam money for Aug so hopefully things will be good. Many thanks for your kind wishes.

Thank you all so much. Well more news for you today. Am not feeling fab today but have had lots of sleep and fluids if not food(Fantastic for the weight loss!!) Also getting MUCH better at doing sudko! Anyway, on to the big news of the day,as loads of you know DH has, after a long period of illness gone back to full time teaching. However as heads tend to be somewhat cautious(!!) doing supply to "prove his health" was the only option for us. He was at the school from hell and even though he hated it stuck at it. Then they didn't pay his wages last week......... Well, as you know he went for and got the maternity cover starting Jan 8th- got a phone call this afternoon THEY WANT HIM TO START TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This means that we GET PAID OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Am so very very happy. For the next few weeks it will be a bit sticky as the pay will be monthly and have only three days supply(he had a day off to look after me) BUT after Dec15th we will be just like normal folks again. All we need is for me to quickly get back to normal( I WILL -I promise) then things hopefully will get back on track.Again thank you all for your kind wishes, you have done so much to make me feel hopeful, happy and as though someone actully cares. For that I thank you all. Thank you. AnnieXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Count me in too! I'll join you both for a Village Vino!

anniestar - so glad you're feeling better and that the job situation has improved. That always seems more of a worry at this time of year.
 What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about?

Via Fossa? GOOD CHOICE!!! Ground floor among the students, upper floor among the lovers, or basement among the ravers?

WHAT...................you in MANCHESTR and NO GRAPES????????????????? Well rog I'm HURT. VERY HURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously how is your daughter? Much better I hope.

Annie - I am so sorry, but you know that most people only take grapes to people who aren't well so that they can eat them themselves:rolleyes:
I would have pm'd you but we did not plan on being in Manchester for long.
Thank you for asking after my daughter - it is great to know that with all your problems you still have time to think of others:A :A Well, she has pleurisy (check spelling) but is fully dosed up with antibiotics, so it didn't stop her from allowing us to take her into Didsbury, where she managed to devour the largest pizza I have ever seen  she is getting better - we offered to bring her home but she has a couple of essays to do. At least the house she is now renting is warm, clean and comfortable (not like that awful flat  ) and her housemates are 'reasonably' sensible. Her biggest problem is that she can not drink because of her medication  that, to a student is like being deprived of oxygen.
We did go into town, for a couple of hours, and had a look around the Christmas Market in Albert Square.
I had to park the car in Canal Street - so know I know where it is, you'd best count me in for that festive drink.
Anyway - keep on getting better and thanks for the update:grouphug:
