Anyone heard of VIPOcean.com?

I have had an offer of 2 cinema tickets for £1 postage, but not convinced on the legitimacy and giving them my card details. Has anyone dealt with them before? The website is:

There's no address, an 0870 phone number and you're joining a club that costs £34 per month. Personally I'd steer well clear.

Oh read some more, once you've paid your £1 you have to fax (Who uses faxes anymore?) two proofs of ID to Spain.

That offer is in fact a one month trial offer. If you don't cancel before the month is up your credit/debit card will automatically be debited £34.95 per month until you cancel.

In order to qualify for the £1 cinema tickets, after you have signed up you must supply Vip Ocean with proof of British residency ie a utility bill. I suspect though that this ridiculous condition has been inserted so that they can easily chase you for money if they don't get their extortionate £419.40 per year subscription charge.

Interestingly the terms and conditions are subject to Spanish jurisdiction.

There must be cheaper, easier ways of getting a couple of tickets to the pictures. Avoid.
