Freeola-are you having problems?

I have been a happy customer of Freeola but the last month has seen terrible speeds and disconnections. I noticed for the first time on their site (last night) that the t & c were changed on 24/10 and they will now introduce traffic management when needed and a FUP applies for customers.
Is anyone else having the same problems?
Are these new t & c introduced or were the above already part of their t & c?
Their site is a nightmare to get around as it has so much on it so did I miss these before?
