I am trying to access my t mobile account says i am not registered so i try to register then it says they already have my details just log on., try to log on , wont accept my details
etc etc,
my bill has gone up without any explanation and they are charging a pound per month for paper bills
twenty four pound a month bill from fifteen pound last year
