luggage 20kg @ £60 or 15kg @£40

looking at annual holiday and not been on a flight since last year

via travelrepublic found some flights to gran canaria for £66, but the baggage seems excessive in cost. is this normal for the no frill flights on typical costs?

Comments

  • Unfortunately, the no frills flights are just that. You can pick up very reasonable priced flights, but the baggage costs are always expensive.

It may well be worth looking at some of the standard airlines, as although the flights may be dearer, the overall cost including baggage can balance it out. Always worth shopping around. Have you tried the flight checker or cheap flights?

Baggage feed depend on the airline. If you know the airline you can check their site for the charges but it is likely to be the same. They all seem to charge these days

If it is a no frills flight, check via the airlines site for cost as Travel Republic are agents, and "may" add to the normal prices.
