my voucher os for 20p more than i spent, hopefully they'll take it ok
Mine is for £8 moreIt wasn't done on purpose, just got a bit carried away. I'm going to try & use it this evening on a "normal" shop. I'm a bit nervous though.
Now thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker0 -
I have used a cc and the same card to pay each time.
So pay with cash, use a different card, pre-paid credit card not hard to do really if you're worried about it. Personally I doubt their EPOS software has the capacity to check like that it won't have been designed to do it with this in mind i'd be amazed if it had the ability to do so0 -
several people have asked about handing vouchers over for home delivery. I had a delivery on Monday. Email today saying that there was a refund on my card. It doesn't show on my account yet but looks like there was no problem.
As I also have an £80 voucher I think I will use this for a home delivery as well. Wimp out!! I use the dtd voucher for normal shops. I think there are quite a few good deals on anyway just now, and I see they are starting buy one, get 2 free on several things:)weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0 -
Sorry no one answered my question but hopefully someone would know, I want to use my voucher up before the rules get too tight and things become awkward, can I use the voucher on electrical items instore, not sure they do them but I was looking at a sat nav, if they had them instore could I use it on that or is it classed as tesco direct?Comping wishlist for 2017

That's interesting so the email has taken 2 days then well we'll see what happens but the problem really is that the manager said he didn't know what to do with it hence the worry0 -
* CHANGED PRICES AT TESCO *
Just been for a smallish shop at my local Tatco and found the VICKS First Defence came through as £3 at till though SEL still showed £6.97, so it now matches Asda's price - but had my £2 off coupon from MSE so it only cost me £1 so still pleased at that
But more annoyed at MULLERLIGHT YOGURTS 6 PACK - now £3.29 at Tatco instead of £2.96 so I thought, goody goody and got 3 packs as we always buy lots of them anyway and have been getting them on this deal with every shop - more DTD or so I thought until I got to the till ............... I was adding up as I went to use NOTW £5 off £30 but my total was £3-odd short - I told OH to rush back and grab another one to bring it over and cashier put one of mine through again and I was still 54p short????? Puzzled until he told me that there was an offer on them - 2 for £5.50  Still £5.50 for 2 at Tatco against £3 for 2 at Asda means £5 DTD which is only 84p less than it was previously
By the way, older male cashier chosen deliberately hadn't seen one but called supervisor who knew exactly what to do, checked my receipt without mentioning 12/24 hour time difference, wrote receipt seen for DTD voucher at top and handed my it back, told cashier to accept it and put voucher in till - no problems - but then I haven't had any problems yet at all at Wisbech, March or Kings Lynn stores :jMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

But not being able to use a voucher higher than the original receipts seems a bit harsh. Its not in their terms and conditions yet seems to be in a folder that the checkout operator has access to. Don't know how they cam do this if not in their own terms and conditions on view to everyone0

I had my delivery last Wednesday afternoon and still not had my refund?
I'm beginning to think there's a problem with online orders. I used the contact section and to my surprise someone called within 2 minutes of sending :eek: Absolutely useless though, he tried my order numbers and he'd never had to do an online one before, he got the same results as me = This is currently being processed and then seemed to lose all interest in helping me and just said that he was sure it would arrive soon:( So still debating whether to cancel my order for tomorrow.
