It wont be anything to do with the Tesco DTD glitch as it appears (or at least its how i read it), that there was a glitch that martin was going to put on the weekly email, a new glitch, not the tesco one that every man and his dog knows about.

Just called 0800505555 about the long wait I had to endure for the DTD voucher and it has been passed onto the person I spoke to at the store. I've just looked at my reciept and the reciept was saved and recalled at 15:22 and was finally process with the DTD voucher at 16:17!!!!:eek: If my maths is correct, that is a 55 min wait!!!
If i'm not happy with the reply I get back, I will be e-mailing HO with photocopies of the reciepts as proof, and names of the staff involved. Also, the calls staff made to Tesco should be recorded.

You should tell them you're a plumber/electrician etc and you charge £20 per half an hour, so techincally they owe you £40 :)

It doesnt show up on mine at all, never has - despite having purchased several bottles from my local stores.

I think it related to the pricechecker being pulled not the offer.

Anyone received a voucher today... if they don't arrive we will soon know..

"Morning all. It's tuesday we're already hot working on the weekly email. Sadly the 'mammoth loophole' we had been working on seems to have been pulled (it may come back so cant tell you what it is dont want to alert the company). I'm all headachey today too - which is frustrating as its hitting my concentration. Fingers crossed we managed to pull a good one out the bag."

Though I doubt he'd describe DTD as a 'loophole'....... *crosses fingers!*
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

No, they compare the whole shop AFAIK. We are just turning it to our advantage. If you don't have time to do what we are doing, that's fine. Each to their own. :)

Yes they will, I'm afraid. That's why we have all been deliberating buying the stuff with the biggest price difference, and ignoring BOGOFs to maximise DTD (something which I have found very difficult LOL).

What special offers have you bought at Tesco, out of interest?

It's a good idea to separate your shopping into 'normal' and 'DTD'. :D
none yet. just checking for when I go to Tesco.

I'd estimate its far larger than that, we are a tiny tiny percentage of tesco customers. by your reconning every cashier would deal with a voucher every ten shoppers, the fact a large majority of them have no idea what to do with them shows how small we are ;)
