Could anyone confirm that the Baileys offer and the Wolf Blass "deals" are still to be made? I have tried reading the thread but its got slightly impossible now!!!

    Thank you in advance
Baileys is £15.00 in asda now, makes it just under £10 per bottle.

    Not sure on the WB

I know, but apparently customer services are quite helpful!

Maybe the first time or so but I bet that'll soon stop if you are phoning often, lol, you are usually asked for your details.

They match multibuys but not link buys

Thanks for this, I have put beside my items that are BOGOF - 1- but did not realise that I could take the "Buy 2 for 3.00" etc I also put 1 beside those on my list :o

So if it is say "Buy 2 for £3.00" at Asda but "Buy 2 for £5.00" ast Tesco does the DTD come into effect for the £2.00 between the two?

But they were changing the products they would and wouldnt check. again if the product is the same brand, the same size and weight (up to 10% different) then they have to offer DTD according to their ters and conditions. It just means a bit more work!

I don't think they wew changing the products - just a small % came back as n/f for what ever reason. Yes, you can take it up with them - but doing that is not everones cup of tea - for a variety of reasons. The safe bet is if the item is/was listed on the checker - then to double check with tesco and asda site that day as the checker was not always up to date. But the products on it were the original guide.
  • Not sure if this has already been posted, but it seems to me that many of the items that are BOGOF in T's are cheaper in A's - as long as you only buy one. This is a real eye-opener for me, seems like BOGOF is more like RIPOFF - no loss of profit doing BOGOF if you double the normal price first!

Link buys are meal deals and such, like buy this block of cheese and get these crackers free. Basically if you buy something and get something thrown in, these are fine, they do not affect DTD.

If something is B1G1F or two for £3.00 then the multibuys take precendence. So b1g1f at at tesco on an item costing 2.50 but at asda for 1.30 each would mean that it was infact cheaper at tesco (if two are purchased) but buying one would qualify for DTD.

Two for £3 works the same as multibuys, but if both stores are offering two for X amount then it would be dtd on the final price paid.

Sorry if it's an old question, I have tried to keep up with the thread!

Does anyone know what time A's change their offers on a Monday? Is it a midnight thing or later on in the day ?

    TIA
