Okay, much as I love you all individually for your different opinions and characters, the fiesty ones, the quiet ones, the drunk ones and the hormonal ones ;) I really wish the bickering would stop.

    Just stop.

Accept that some people like to chat, some people just want to come on and find the bargains. I think that I just want to come on and find the bargains, but then I get carried away with the comradeship and chatting and it is nice and makes me LOL sometimes. So please, just let each other be, if you don't agree with something, call them names but don't type them. :p

Anyway, on with the subject, after finding my reciept, the Beechams Ultra where still £3.90 at 12.09pm today.

    Abso-bloomin-lutely!

but....*scratches head* and wonders which category I fit into fiesty ones, the quiet ones, the drunk ones and the hormonal ones!!! lol

    Hiya.

Please could someone answer 2 quick questions for me. I think they've quite possibly been asked before but am on my phone & the search function won't work on here and I haven't managed to find anything by browsing.

    1. Has anyone managed to return items to store where there expected DTD hasn't come through when they paid for the transaction with a previous DTD voucher & if so how did it work?

    2. Has anyone successfully argued with tescos over an item which was returned on their receipt as n/f which they have found for themselves on asdas website?

    Thanks

In reply to no. 1, yes I've returned Always Ultra, Douwe Egberts and Nivea that they wouldn't match. No idea why they wouldn't match these, but was given a refund no questions asked.

i had a list the 2nd tome my problem was i had my mother in law and my mum with me so i wrote a list of everything i could find that worked out free or very cheap, and then as i pointed stuff out to them i thought thats a good deal i should maybe get that i nearly died at the till, i don't think it helps i don't usually buy branded so i expect small shops like that to cost very little (i could half fill a trolley for £60 and have done before) i made sure i had my own wee list today :D
    DEC GC £463.67/£450

The prices they check go by what you paid at the time of payment, so i wouldn't worry.
