gosh if thats tolerant and nice and keeping the peace i'd hate to see you intolerant and not nice and causing arguments or stirring ot lol!!!
    :rotfl:
i have been shot down for stating my opinion yet you say you and everyone else are free to make yours?
    mmm very logical-not!

i'm not being obstructive i merely supported a suggestion that was made ethat YOU shot down instantly in a very aggressive manner, look back at the posts at your own comments pls.

Regards in a tolerant, friendly keeping the peace sort of way:A

    Agressive? lol

You find when posting on forums the tone gets lost.

I can 100% assure you that none of my posts were aggressive. If you read them that way then there is little I can do about it.

I am not an aggressive person, assertive at times but not aggressive! There is a difference.

I have never said you are not allowed an opinion, I have no right to do that. I have said you and others have tried to stop the discussion on this thread and that is not right, nor is it ok to dictate the mood of the thread.....a mod stepped in and said more or less the same.

    :)

    In answer to 1)

Yes but they only accept returns on non perishable goods (and please do not take back something you have used your DTD voucher for/ or plan to use)

    2) Yes - you would have to contact customer services though and i think its on a case by case thing.

Hiya. Thanks for the quick reply. I was thinking about getting some booze for my birthday party so would be able to return if DTD didn't come through but if I pay with my voucher how do they credit the refund please? Is it as a gift card?

Yes alcohol is returnable, i would say that refunds would be issued as gift cards but one MSE did get Customer Services to give a cash refund so i think again that would depend on who it was.

Our store only let you exchange.
they used to use a card which had the department written on it so could only be spent there.

The receipt? They are supposed to mark your receipt (the one matching the details you entered into pricechecker to get your DTD voucher) and give it back to you, any vouchers used for payment will get put in the till.

On your receipt your DTD voucher states it is a coupon so unless they look at your receipt really well they will probably not notice that you paid that way!
