Our store only let you exchange.
they used to use a card which had the department written on it so could only be spent there.
That hardly seems fair, if i bought a bottle of baileys (for a present) but my OH had bought one too, i woudnt think twice about returning the one i had bought expecting a refund!!0 -
Does anyone know if this is still £8.65 in store for the 54 wash size? I read an earlier post saying Tesco had reduced it to £5 to match Asda. I have checked the Tesco website and the 54 wash size is not listed only the 28 wash size at £4.49 on bogof.
I am trying to make a shopping list for the morning so any help would be much appreciated! TIA.I used to have a life............................... before MSE!!

But you would think CS would check that before even thinking of offering a refund! but then again what staff SHOULD do and what they DO do differs highly!0 -
Agressive? lol
You find when posting on forums the tone gets lost.
I can 100% assure you that none of my posts were aggressive. If you read them that way then there is little I can do about it.
I am not an aggressive person, assertive at times but not aggressive! There is a difference.
I have never said you are not allowed an opinion, I have no right to do that. I have said you and others have tried to stop the discussion on this thread and that is not right, nor is it ok to dictate the mood of the thread.....a mod stepped in and said more or less the same.
thanks
i don't want to clutter up the thread going over the same thing but just wanted to clarify one thing -i haven't tried to dictate the mood or stop discussion, i merley pointed out that there is a deals thread now that mods haven't removed that very busy people like myself would appreciate if people would be kind enough to post deals on instead/both
anyway nuff said, lets get on with deals

My store only let you exchange for something in the same dept if you do not have a receipt. If you have the receipt it is refunded the same way that you have paid. HTH.I used to have a life............................... before MSE!!

Yes i can understand if you do not have a receipt but with a receipt surely any non perishable purchase would be refunded the same way it was paid?
Edit: has anybody noticed the tesco (prices ony thread) **that the mods have not deleted** is rather quite and lonesome? think i woud rather see all the discussion!0 -
