suppose I shall have to eat all the choc roulade myself - excellent as I don't like sharing my chocolate. Feel free to pop round anytime.

Oooh dammit! I forgot to get one with todays shop. They are nice but wouldn't want to techically pay £3 for an glammed up swiss roll.

OMG I've just realised how easy it would be to make/fake a fraudulent DTD voucher with valid receipt details at the bottom.

After all most of us are using a DTD voucher on a normal shop that wouldn't ordinarily get much if any DTD so that receipt is unused for DTD purposes.

Tesco are bonkers idiots to make it that easy, any bloody teenager with Photoshop could do it!

And no I don't advocate it, but I'll bet it has happened.

But they would not be valid receipt details. And any member of staff could quite easily phone HO or imput the details into their system and clearly see something had been tampered with.

Can people please stop going on and on about such things. There is no point in trying to bend the rules. We are already getting stuff for free ..what more does anyone want????

Can I just ask I have done two dtd shops and the sa has always given my reciept back in it's original state, has anybody tried re printing the voucher and using it???? naughty I know and I don't think I'd have the guts to do it but I am curious?????
Very naughty and totally against the spirit of MSE. Tesco would class it as fraud, pull the whole scheme and make arrests.
The voucher has receipt details on it which tell Tesco the date, time and till where the original purchase was made, they just need to check CCTV.
If they found duplicated vouchers in their tills it wouldn't take long to trace the original transaction.

Are you looking at this one?

My local had at least twenty bottles still on the shelf, I almost felt sorry for them, sitting there all unloved, unwanted. May have to go back and rehome them to a loving home ;)
