Thank you sooooooooooooo much couldnt be bovvered to go out and get the paper, anyway drunk too much wine hic

I bought 5 papers today and never got out, had no idea they were only valid to today.................:(:(:(:(:(

With regards to the £100 a month limit, I will stick to it but if I go over then it will be by pure accident, I have a very large family so a spend of a £100+ a week is normal for me.

Well done everyone on your vouchers so far, I am yet to go and shop LOL....

Afternoon all. Had a very successful DTD day today so I'm a very happy bunny. At my Tesco's though they refused to accept the £5 co-op voucher out of todays News of the world. They said Tesco's didn't accept them but I felt certain I had read on MSE that they do. Please can someone tell me if I'm right or not? Thanks in advance.

    you are correct.

the majority accept, a minority don't.

  • Hi there - for the vouchers they should have a 'different/other competitors' button on the till to enable them to process the voucher enabling you to use a co-op one at Tesco. Mine went through this aft - were you at a usual Tesco/Tesco Extra rather than an Express or Metro?

got my dtd back from yesterday bit miffed at the dishwasher tablets being na though
This time, your shop would have been £ 9.48 cheaper at ASDA so we'll give you a voucher for double the difference back!
You can use it on your very next shop at a till in a Tesco store or by giving it to your delivery driver for a tesco.com online grocery shop. Remember to bring your receipt or delivery note as this voucher is only redeemable with it.
Keep checking and we will try and do better next time.
Thank you for shopping with us.

Can I just ask I have done two dtd shops and the sa has always given my voucher back in it's original state, has anybody tried re printing the voucher and using it???? naughty I know and I don't think I'd have the guts to do it but I am curious?????

hi ia agree with the other response

this would be outright fraud and pushing the limit
ok so mayber going slightly over the £100 limit is pushing the T&C but encouraging people to do this is wrong-not saying you are but am warning people not to risk tesco pulling the plug for the rest of us

same with people thinking they can reprint vouchers and use with reciepts that have been unsigned-my sister mentioned whether she could try this today-i replied NO WAY!!!!:mad: could you live with your self

anyway i suspect the barcodes on the vouchers are traceable to your email address??

this £100 limit is stupid! i used a voucher for £57 to do another DTD and got a £90 voucher back, what the hell are we meant to do? contact them asking them to change it to £43 as thats our limit, not use the voucher at all, or just go use it as they happily handed it over? i know which i coose

also, after you reach your limit, you may still want to run the price check to see where you couldve saved etc, out of pure curiosity, not expecting a voucher because youve hit the limit, but hey presto they send a voucher with your result

i think the barcodes are generic - don't think they're unique.
