can you put up what you purchased please:D

tbh it was mostly just my "normal" stuff but with 2 bottles of hardys crest merlot and 1 bottle baileys.

Here's my spreadsheet, right click, save as and then open there's no macros or anything in there to be worried about it's just a simple sheet with some maths to tot things up

A quick question are people taking a chance today just calculating off both websites or waiting until the price checker comes back online.
It makes you wonder if the price checker is offline at the tescos voucher part aswell if they are having to manually calculate the vouchers by checking both sites.
If they are then everyone who does there shopping today and tomorrow should not get any n/f's on there receipt if they have checked both sites first.
Personally I think I might wait until the price checker is back up and running to be on the safe side.

I just re entered my receipt details and it says thank you for submitting your receipt. The same message I got yesterday when I entered them for the first time. Shouldn't I have got a message saying it's being processed, or even as some people have said, taken straight to my voucher?

Well, I've just been to Tesco but chickened out on using my 2nd voucher due to the pricechecker not working. I've decided I'll either:

    a) spend the voucher when/if the pricechecker comes back

    b) spend the voucher the day before it expires

    whichever comes first.

I think the person that stated the £100 per month equates to £200 in DTD vouchers is correct. So far, according to Tesco, my shops (in total) have been £93 more than ASDA's prices. The test will be whether my next shop (whenever that may be) goes through and I get a voucher for more than £7.

    So far:

    1ST SHOP - £100 SPEND, £92 VOUCHER BACK
2ND SHOP - £50 SPEND, £26 VOUCHER BACK (Gave this voucher to my parents)
    3RD SHOP - £100 SPEND, USED £92 VOUCHER, SPENT £8, £78 VOUCHER BACK

That's £250 worth of goods for a total cash outlay of £158, with two vouchers remaining to get a further £104 of goods, bringing the total to £354 of goods for £158. These figures will continue to improve providing the promotion continues in some form.

So my 4TH SHOP will be - £100 SPEND, USE £78 VOUCHER, GET BACK £7 (if the £100 limit is correct, if I get more, the limit isn't being enforced).

Hiya i dont work for tesco before anybody has a go but honestly do you think this is right?
I am all for people buying what they need to to abuse the price checker i dont feel is right, there will be more waste for starters people in other countries japan for instance have nothing yet heres us buying for sake of it .
i know i will get laughed off this thread but i honestly feel people are taking advantage of this, also this thread alone has'nt cost tesco £100's but £1000's in this day and age were cuts are all around us think of the staff they could have to cut if this carries on, it will soon add up if people carry on buying just for vouchers back
sorry if offeneded anybody but i just feel its gone to far

But your wrong, you can claim up to £100 Tesco money which equates to £50 realistically as they double the difference, you would have to do many several shops like this to make your money back but as you are capped at £100 Tesco money are you getting stuff free really? Well no, what they have done is shift alot of unwanted stock at minimal loss and by croping up n/f's people are spending more than they would have. If you do the math's you may well be no better off.

I spend £100, say £50 is cheaper at Asda I get £100 Tesco voucher, to me worth £50 as that was the difference. I still have spent £100 initially, reached my limit but saved no more than I would have done, they have shifted unwanted stock and have me on a promise to come back...

Yes but you have to remember that for some people in ths country it's been a tough couple of years and for many of us the recession isn't over. This gives some people the chance to have those indulgences that they may not have had for a while...

Yes s*** happens but we can't go around in sack cloth and ashes because of what we see on the news....
