Tesco/Asda pricechecker finds here.......

just got my voucher for hardys crest red. paid £59.79 for 6 bottles, got a voucher for £68.52 so £8.73 to take it away. Thank you Mr T. :j

Do any of you actually think that what you are doing is wrong? I work on CSD at Tesco and have noticed that "coupon woman" is back with a vengance!! I took note of what she had bought/ was buying and EVERY item on a £70 shop was comparable with Asda meaning she would get almost every penny back in voucher form. The difference between now and back then (when she used to total up her shopping to the last penny in fraudulent vouchers) is that back then she actually used to buy things she needed, now she is obsessed with the fact she can get free bottles of Baileys and tubs of Lurpak. I love a bargain myself and am quite tempted to put the odd dtd item in my trolley when doing my big shop but the greed of some people is sure to spoil this for others pretty soon.

Just got my voucher for £27.76 on a spend of £27.21 (should have been £30.23 but 10% off for staff discount)

I got:

Roasting pan = Free
Beechams 10p
cleasing milk 6p
lemsip profit of 37p
comfort strawberry 23p profit
strawberry n white choc muffins 40p
florette salad 26p

seriously though, those who have just got their vouchers through and off to spend again, what are you buying if the pricechecker is down? are you going for the same things hoping they are still the same prices?

Got my voucher through 69.48 for a 61.23 spend with just 1 item n/a (a bar of choc which I knew would be n/a)!!!!!

I know some ppl are worried to use their voucher without the price checker, but surely we could make a list between us of things that got honoured today and if they are still cheaper on asda they should be ok??

I got baileys but that is no longer cheaper.
oatibix- should be ok
kelloggs start- should be ok
bag of carrots- should be ok
nivea cream- should be ok (brill DTD- tesco 5.21 asda 1pound!)
roasting pan- should be ok (good DTD tesco 10pound each
asda 2 for 8pound!)

Got voucher number 3 back! Comparable items 21.94 DTD back 22.88!!! I used a £23.00 voucher fot this! Haha! Off out later may pop in Tesco again! Fancy some Magners!

I have read them several times thank you. Lots of branded goods that both T and A sell are not appearing on the checker as you would assume. People have reported buying items you would assume are comparable but are in fact shown as n/f or not there at all.

So, I wouldn't risk my money and I wouldn't suggest someone else did either. Hence my reply.

If someone has had a successful DTD on an item not on the pricechecker then fair enough.

For those of you that have not had your email yet put through the details again on the pricecheck website. I just have for two of mine and it linked me to the sorry screen to print my voucher straight away.

then tesco shouldn't be offering the DTD
there are no T&C stating you should only buy what you NEED!!!
bulk buying and bogofs encourage you to buy more than what you need anyway!!
i admire your loyalty to MR T but wouldn't worry too much about his pocket-i'm pretty sure losing a few quid from savvy MSE'ers isn't going to bankrupt him or this would have been pulled, he's not totally stupid
