I work at Tesco on the checkouts and hand on heart NO-ONE has even mentioned the vouchers! I only know about it because of this thread, to be honest if I was given one by a customer I wouldn't know how to put it through the till and would have to ask

I can't understand it. I even copied and pasted the link into a new page and it came up, full search by item as well as browse by aisle. Can I check anything for you punkpink?

Ok, but you know about the vouchers? So even if you needed to get help to input it thats no problem, but the staff have to walk through the store to start work, do they not pay attention?

And btw, i do feel the managers should have prepared staff better so im not blaming the staff per se.

I spoke to my SIL tonight who also works at Tesco and she knew nothing of the DTD promotion let alone how to process any vouchers!
