Nope, when it was refused the voucher was just given back to me, when they did accept it today they never even signed the receipt.

I think you may be getting confused with the '10 claims per month' condition! The does not appear to be any limit on the number of purchased items that can be checked.

Well last night there wasn't anyone in store who knew about it 8.30pm ish, checkout operator, checkout manager or customer services manager. Today cashier, checkout supervisor x2 had not heard of it, but at least someone in the office had and told her as long receipt numbers match to take it.

I agree the higher up you go the more likely it is for them to know about it, but even a PT cashier cannot say they havn't heard of it! thats crazy!

Well I have my list... waiting to go. Then pricechecker disappears and now is back somewhere else but with no way of searching. Too risky for me.. I'm waiting until its back up N running!
