I think someone way back in the thread said that they'd phoned CS and were told it could be used to pay for tesco direct items but I think that they said they had to go instore and order there from the catalogue to pay using a voucher but I may be wrong

Ha Ha, I wish! I have just bitten the bullet and phoned the store as I handed over my voucher at 9.30 on Monday morning and not a sniff of a refund! They owe me £50 and they'don't think they do DTD on home delivery'. AAARGH when will they train their staff!!

OMG, just received a phone call from Tesco re: my email yesterday.

To cut the long story short, purchased two bottles of Nivea Rich Moisturiser 400ml for £5.21 each - they were £2.00 at ASDA the day before, but as soon as ASDA dropped their price to £1.00 yesterday morning, the moisturiser disappeared from Tesco price check list.

So yesterday I shot them an email asking about this, and five minutes ago received a phone call from one of their online team supervisors - he just asked me for the product barcode number, it was still showing in his system, but for some reason not on the price check list. He's going to find out what is going on and get back to me next week, and also apologised as they are all really flat out with maintaining the current promotion.

Fingers crossed, should get my £16.84 voucher next week for initial outlay of £10.42! Better than stock market! :j
