  • Do they price match on own labels? I ask cos its not clear in the tesco FAQ section and a lot of meats and such on the Tesco price checker are listed as Own Labels

  • I have just rung customer services and told them that I recieved my vouchers by 11.30am on 3 mornings this week but a receipt my mother-in-law put in last night has not yet come through. I explained I knew it was "36 hour rule" but I, and everyone I know, have received theirs within 24 hours. I asked if there were any hold-ups or problems, and she assured me no, they just have a backlog they are attempting to clear and so it "might" be holding the speed up. She said the voucher will come and just to be patient. I didnt bother asking her if she was sending a swat-fraud team to my house to take away my baileys, and looking back on the conversation, would she really have said "yes, huge problem" if there was one?! plus tesco don't even tell the staff when promotions are coming (most tills i have been through have not had a clue what the vouchers are) so would this lady really have a clue if there WAS a problem?! so it was a pointless conversation all in all. :) ah well, at least it was an 0800 number. plus it gave my finger a rest and its not so sore now (all the F5 pushing).

Yes they do :) If it's there on the price checker then they price check it (or did on the day that the pricechecker was updated, to be precise)

    LOL

I went and got some Baileys and After eights yesterday, then went to Morrisons to get some food!

I got my junk and went off to Waitrose, we had nothing to eat really except crisp, chocolate and cat food!

At least at Waitrose I only come away with nice food that has been well marked down
