hiya guys
ive been avidly watching this thread for a while now. took me some time to get my head round the whole thing but i think im there
gonna do a shop tonight (only things we actually use as no money to be splashing out so this helps us at the moment)
someone posted earlier about a sun cream that was working but i cant find the post for the life of me - keep going back and forward over the last 10 pages and i cant see it?!?!?! also cant find it on the price checker - everything looks the same price as mr a in the suncream section. can anyone help?

thanks so much everyone who has posted so far, when ur on a tight budget these little things can really make a difference!! im off for bold gel, toothpaste, lamb (maybe??) tuna and pantene - not the most exciting shop but ho hum! maybe some after eights and a cheeky bottle of wine with the voucher if we're lucky lol!! am just waiting for the price checker thing to update!

I know they had Nivea Kids Sun Lotion on £10 at tesco and £5 at asda (so after DTD you get it free), but when I went instore last night to pick some up, the woman was putting "half price, now £5" labels all over the suncreams. So this could account for your missing one? I know its a definate on the kids on (factor 50) but not sure for the adults

So, I had a voucher for £109 to spend last night and specifically didn't want to buy anything eligible for DTD (or anything that would be cheaper elsewhere).
It took me quite a while to find stuff I wanted that Tesco were selling cheaper (and that would keep for a while!) so I thought it would be nice if I shared my list!

Edit: I just remembered why I came to the Grabbit forums several days ago when I happened across this thread!
We had been to Tesco and happened to use the instore scanner to check the price of a deodorant with an OOD SEL. To our amazement Mitchum Men's Roll On Sport was a tiny 80p instead of nearly £3! Last time I checked it was still showing on .com for 80p so you may want to stock up on that on your none-DTD shops too!

The nivea one has changed prices so same in both.

The Hawiian Tropic Protective Oil spf 6 or 15 shows as £12 T, £6 A (therefore free). BUT, I can't check todays price because it's not stocked near me
