Haven't done much. Taught dancing until 1.45pm, played games with DS2, cooked tea, 2 x wm done. I think I have set poorly foot back to beginning it feels like it has snapped underneath.

I'm clean, the fire is lit, and supper (defrosted leftovers from pancake day) is cooking. The summer layer of my duvet is toasting in the TD, so after supper I have to brave the cold upstairs and put away clothes and then sort my bed out.

Shower was lovely... I descaled the showerhead during the week and discovered it isn't as useless as I'd thought :o I've quite enjoyed my day of pottering, and the house is looking better for it (I'm feeling better for it too). Must take a bit of time out to devote to domestic drudgery a bit more often...

Ow - I know that feeling only too well, DM.

Decided to meet DD1 for sushi in the end last night. After she got on the bus, felt a bit deflated and was waling past the entrance to a local recording studio which had a free gig going on. So walked in and spent the evening getting my ears blasted by a ska band. Went home and straight to bed...then woke up at 5.30am by DD2's alarm blasting , swore lots, went back to sleep thinking the sunshine was lovely and then woke up at [cough]half past one this afternoon.

So I had to do something - went into town, bought some orthotic inserts to try and stop the pain I get in my knee, hip and heel that the GP says is untreatable, spent extra on some earplugs for more concerts as my right ear was ringing a bit when I came out of the gig, then eyebrows threaded and off to M&S for some no hassle food for tomorrow.

According to the woman in Evans, there was no way I was the same size as her and she refused to sell me one of those sucky-in shorts unless I got a smaller size. Wonder if that means that the evil physio exercise and indulging my Japanese food addiction all week is having a positive effect? If so :j: - ow! [puts heel inserts in shoes for next time I do that silly :j: thing]

WM on, TD on. DW next on list - after

I still live in a pit. Ah well, there's always tomorrow.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Had a nice day today, and I think everyone who came did too. One of my hens paid for my treatment, and one bought me a lovely Pandora style bracelet that had blue beads on it (chosen by her daughter who I taught last year) - one of the charms was a little silver angel, and on the back it said "made for an angel" and the little girl had made me a card too. Very sweet! :) I managed to get the last bit of cleaning done just before everyone arrived, and my Mum brought flowers round when she got there too. Treatments enjoyed were: Indian head massage, back massage, reflexology and eyebrow threading and tinting. I had the last two on the list, but a bit worried they aren't even. Oh well - they have 2 weeks to grow a bit. ;) We had dips and nibbles during the day, and pizza followed by Ben&Jerry's (phish food & chocolate fudge brownie) and fresh strawberries. We watched 27 dresses, and everyone went home at 9.30pm. I've tidied everything away, and we only have a bowl of tortilla chips, cheese savouries and a couple of unopened bottles of schloer and pink champagne left.

I'm off to bed now as I'm really tired. Last dress fitting tomorrow at 2pm.

Thanks for all the well wishes,

    sexymouse xx

OH took me to Mr T's as we needed to pick up some bits and pieces.. I also wanted to go the garden centre but we didnt have time. When we got back I went to bed for a few hours and left DS and OH watching the rugby.

Since getting up I've done some ironing and a little pottering. OH made his and DS dinner and tidied up afterwards.

Tomorrow I want to wash the dogs bedding and hopefully get it out on the line,so hopefully the sun will be out again tomorrow and give downstairs a once over.
