OP I understand your frustrations I had numerous problems with AOHell & changed over to BT where hopefully i'll be changing to bb next month, let us know how you get on so's I know whether to change to it! The work offer was a good incentive but it looks like 2GB only & that's not enough for me!
Do you work for bt,
I know of some people who had this but then when you upgrade it still gives you the 50% off.
Cant say for sure but i know its been done.0 -
Currently waiting for ringback (bt) to call me back...
As for the contract we've been with BT since this time next year but upgraded to Bt total BB in july(I think), so are about 6 months into a lovely new 18 months contract. We've had problems from day 1 though so do you think this would give me more scope to get out of it early?Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

666th post:eek:
Anyways back to the point.
What i would do would call the chairmans office and tell them you have been having problems since day one.
they will probably ask for coppies of your complaints letters.
Advised them that you now wish to take your business elsewhere and you would like No to be Held To Term on the contract as you have been having constant problems as they will be able to see with your case references.
I think you should be fine and it should be quite easy to get out aslong as there are plent of notes on the systems and you get through to the right people,
Let me know what is said to you on the phone when they call.

Maybe you could get paid for being a BT advisor on here 1mmaker? lol it certainly helps talking to someone rather than on the phone!0
-
Lol, not too sure BT would be happy about that but does make sense maybe to make a sticky post where anyone can ask some questions.
