eTop-up voucher expiry?

Apologies if I should have posted elsewhere...does anyone know if these vouchers, bought from Argos in this case, have to be activated by a certain date? I have a sim with some credit on already and I didn't want to use it until I know how DS manages his first phone.

Some do, but it'll be printed on the voucher and if there is its a long time.

I can't find any date on the voucher so I'll presume it's OK for a while at least. Thanks.

Usually 1 year from when the Activation code is generated - it should be on the voucher itself. If it isn't, then with no expiry date you can argue for longer, but do check for any T&Cs that might have been valid at the point of sale.

No, as I said. IF there is an expiry date its on the voucher.

It totally depends on which network the voucher is for, the expiry date IS NOT printed on the voucher even if it does expire, its is usually in the T&C's on the PAYG tariff.

Thanks. It's Orange. It's one of the till receipt type vouchers if you know what I mean.
