    Lloyds TSB is a reader free zone thank goodness - though I'm not sure the process of sending authorisation codes to the phone to confirm a new payee is any less irritating.

    They are apparently rolling out card readers later this year and I assume it will be the same for Halifax.

    I'd be far more appreciative of these if they were required for online shopping.
    My card details were compromised because a hotel stole my card details in India - not because I paid my electricity bill with it.
    Dixons merrily sent a laptop and a camera out to some low-life a few weeks later.
    My TV is broken! :cry:
    Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
