3 Data Sim - Bin and Rebuy?

Hi All,
Just a quick question on the 3 data sims such as this that has been asked by a relative mine

Can someone advise if the sim card can just be binned after the allowance is run out and a new one purchase or is there something that would force you too keep the sim and top it up?

You can. There is no need to port phone numbers with data sims since the number isn't used for anything by the end user.0 -
If you could merge the existing sim with the data on this one then heaven . Easy and quick data top up no swapping sims .
