Loans 4 You?
Options
Hi,
I've looked online for ages for some advice on Loans 4 You, but cant find any reviews or anything for them, just loads of different websites! Basically they are a poor credit broker and I just wondered if they are dodgy? I've applied through them and have received a text from FLM loans saying I've been approved for £3,000 (which i had applied for). Not sure if they are actually the company the broker works with? Done my research on FLM loans, looked on here and a few other sites and to be honest the general consensus is half positive, half negative!
As the APR is around 42% MINIMUM i'm more inclined to tell them where to go (although I have a CCJ i'm not THAT desperate), Loans 4 You actually advertise an APR of around 21%...obviously a massive difference.
Any advice, experiences etc would be greatly appreciated.

Check your bank account, it should be about £60 lighter by now.0

Well the Website was knocked up in about 15-20 seconds tops. Absolutely nothing there to give any suggestion it is an "above board" outfit.
Zero terms and conditions - nothing at all.
bekahb - you should stay indoors and not go near a computer.
FLM are genuine, but you would have to be a degree more insane than you already are to take a loan out with them.
Oh! and you have been ripped off for about £70 - Keep a look out on your bank statements.

Made me laugh but when I zoomed in at the postcode I see a link to a pervy website (forbiddendelights). ha ha0 -
Thanks for your "advice" apples. My bank account is fine and i haven't given out any details. I went with Loans 4 You because a work colleague recommended them to me, but I have had a few texts from random and definitely dodgy companies offering me loans, and just wanted a bit more information.

PS...none of the websites that come up when typed into google are the website(s) for the company I have dealt with.0

You are likely to have paid a fee as others have said. If they have passed your details on to FLM and no doubt numerous others, they may argue they have provided you with a service that your fee has paid for.
If they have taken a fee of you, then you will need to write to them and tell them you want a refund of the fee, they are entitled to keep £5 usually.
TBH you have a CCJ against you, so if you do get a loan you are hardly likely to get anything better than 42%.
It may be a genuine offer from FLM, but if it is, you will require a guarantor, someone to pay the repayments it if you don't keep up repayments. From others posting they are ruthless towards anyone who doesn't keep up the repayments.0 -
Just wondering what conclusion you came to bekahb. Did you go ahead with the loan and pay the fee or did u find finance elsewhere. Trying to find reviews on the company and i cant find much.
Thanks

You are simply not interested in warning signs about being scammed.
If one employee registers and suggests it is an amazing company, you are going to fall for it and be scammed.
Go for it jaime, just let us know how you get on....0 -
You are the very reason these companies continue the thrive and keep scamming people.

Within 4 months i reckon, jamie will be back to say he cant keep up with the payments or he has missed 1.0 -
These are brokers not lenders - they take an upfront fee to pass you onto other brokers - they mess you about and i guarantee they won't find your loan or refund your fee.
Not to be trusted - you have been warned!!!!!!!0
