Central Ticketing

My wife has just recieved a letter from Central Ticketing asking to pay a discounted excess charge of £65. It states she was parked in a No Access Area (yellow grid) at One Stop Shopping centre Perry Barr, Birmingham.
There are 2 photos of cctv footage and it is her car but the time on photo one showing her in the large yellow grid is 3.10.51pm and the next photo shows her just outside the grid and is timed at 3.11.01pm. I myself wouldn't count this as parking as she was in the grid less than 10 seconds.
What course of action do you think we should take if any, having read previous posts.
The letter has a heading DO NOT IGNORE THIS NOTICE.
